Training For Mission (TFM) is the title of a youth weekend dedicated to teaching, training, preparing and equipping young people for serving the Lord in summer mission. Through a series of teaching sessions and practical workshops the young people learn how to share their faith with others, give a testimony, balloon modelling, teach a memory verse, give an object lesson, teach a bible story, answer difficult questions and much, much more. With a solid foundation of the Word of God and then with the help of good evangelistic resources, they are soon able to put this knowledge into practice by useful new practical skills. Of course no youth weekend is complete without loads of great fun, fellowship and late nights. Many of the group will be involved in mission this summer with either their own church, SCEM, GLO or MAD.
